Postage and Packing
Postage and packing is free, at standard rate, on all orders for delivery within the United Kingdom.
With this service delivery is usually made between 2-5 working days of placing your order but in some circumstances can be a little longer. We will advise if this is the case.
We do offer a next day delivery but please contact Selectmenswear before hand so that we can advise regarding stock and price.
We also offer an overseas delivery service but again please contact Selectmenswear before hand so that we can advise regarding stock and price.
Returns Procedure
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned to us with, if possible, the original invoice. We recommend using registered postage, as Select Menswear cannot be responsible for lost packages.
The goods must be in the same pristine condition as they were when you received them.
Please note that we cannot accept worn, scuffed, or damaged goods. (We suggest that you try shoes on in a carpeted area and not outside!)
Suitstoboot will exchange the goods as requested, or should you wish to cancel your order will give you a refund within 30 days of cancellation.
The customer must bear the cost of returning the goods. (Select Menswear recommend that you either use registered post or obtain proof of postage.)
In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty Select Menswear will refund the postage cost.
In the case of exchanges Select Menswear will pay for the postage of the replacement goods.
